Penn Conflict XR is a two-piece fishing rod designed and manufactured to catch sea predators such as bass, bluefish and barracuda, it is completely made of high modulus carbon and is coated with a technology called X-Wrap that gives greater strength to the shaft while maintaining the characteristics of sensitivity and flexibility.
